We looked for over a year for a GSD. Chantelle made the process easy and worked with us all the way through. We are very happy with our Ranger. We’ve had him almost a week and he is almost potty trained and is already responding extremely well to basic commands and he’s not 9 weeks old yet. We found our Cooper just by chance, living in Virginia Beach there are not a ton of Aussie breeders around. RockBottom was an easy choice form the flawless communication and coordination for pick up. Multiple pictures were exchanged prior to, and we were on our way Arkansas. We set up the date and time of our arriving flight, one of the owners met us right at the airport. Puppy in hand with paperwork, it was that easy. Cooper is such a huge part of our family and a very mischievous but smart boy. We were nervous searching for a german shepherd because you never know who to trust online. We are so happy we found Rock Bottom Ranch even though it was a long drive for us! Chantelle was so easy to work with throughout this whole process and sent us pictures each week to keep us updated. She answered all the questions I had (which is quite a lot) and has kept in touch after we picked him up to check in. We received all his papers as promised and he even came microchipped with a ID tag. The little boy we now have is very intelligent and learns commands within a few repetitions. Our vet even commented on his temperament being amazing. You can tell they care for the puppies as if they were their own and take care of the mommas by limiting the litters each year. If we get another GSD, we’ll be returning for sure.

SECOND PUPPY EXPERIENCE!!!

We loved our first puppy Cooper so much we had to have a second one from the same parents before momma retired. We selected Tucker a Red Tri two days after he was born. The entire time he was growing you to being able to leave we had one sometimes twice a week updates and pictures. Once again I flew from VB Virginia to Little Rock and was met right at the airport. How much better and easier could it possibly be, papers in hand and vet visit history for our vet. He’s now 13 weeks old and I return the favor with pictures and updates. I could go on for days about the love for animals RockBottom in my opinion has for their animals. Anyone would ever like more information about my experience feel free to send me a message on FB. These two brothers are a joy to have and so full of love to the other two dogs I had prior.

I have had Motley for about six weeks now. She has been a dream of a puppy! I don’t think she will get bigger than 65 pounds, which is fine with me. She is so well behaved and desensitized to several things, that she just wants to sit under me and play with a toy! The only thing we are still working on is her wanting to interact with my cats.

Motley is basically my shadow! I have never had a puppy that isn’t just destructive everywhere! I am so, so happy with my purchase from Chantelle and will be back for another puppy in the future! Her breeding is just fantastic and Rock Bottom Ranch really treats their dogs as family. She will be a great service dog if I take her that way or a show prospect, along with just a spoiled house pet like she is right now.

Honestly, I am so grateful on how much Chantelle waited with me, on when it was the right time to get a puppy. She was very responsive to my questions and concerns and understyood my life changes such as college that took longer to get my baby. Motley was worth the wait and getting the last breeding from Emma x Rudy was just the stars aligning!
